Description: The newly built properties at 1 & 2, New Street are on the left with Bishop Butler's House at 14, Kingsmead Square in the centre. The grocer, Alfred Betts at 15, Kingsmead Square was on the right. To the left of this are 38 & 39, Kingsmead Street, with John Francis the printer occupying the adjoining building.
