Description: Built in 1805 as a paper mill, it has also been a cabinet makers and owned by the Bath Washing Company Limited. De Montalt Mill and the Apprentice Shop, in the foreground, have now been restored and converted into dwellings. Lodge House is in the centre distance and Holy Trinity Church, Combe Down is on the far right.
