Description: Drawn by Paul K. Pope, architect.
From "A Plan for Bath" report prepared for the Bath and District Joint Planning Committee by Sir Patrick Abercrombie, John Owens and H. Anthony Mealand. A comprehensive report published immediately after the war assessing Bath's present and future. Accompanied by many illustrations, this visionary work was never executed in full, its legacy was the bus station and estates in Twerton.
