Description: Mr. Andrew Sproule of the city of Bath, insured for a premium of one pound and two shillings to the value of one thousand one hundred pounds for his property in the King's Circus. It is described as being "situate in the North Wing of the King's Circus adjoining the centre house on the West side".
Countersigned by Benjamin Colborne, Dan Brown, J. L. Davis and William Anderson. Dated 25th December 1789.
