The Cyclist Corps were set up in 1908 and mainly saw service defending Britain's South Coast or behind active lines in France in World War One (bicycles were ineffective in front line action) before being disbanded in 1919.
Photographed by George Love Dafnis of Bath. Copied from the photographer's original negative. Photographed before he started producing postcards.
