Description: Goods: auction - stock in trade of John Ricketts, bankrupt, at marble yard, Cheapside on 25th & 26th July by E. English. Inc various sorts of marble in block, scantling & veneers; an elegant unfinished chimney piece (contracted for 150 guin when finished); chimney cups; ladders; lead pipe; sheet lead; etc. By order of the assignees. Property: auction - unfinished house in Great Pulteney St., Bath, of John Ricketts, bankrupt on 25th July by E. English. Also, a few lots of Painswick steps, paving blocks, ashlar & rough stone, scantling boards & poles, etc. By order of assignees.
