Description: Regarding the decision of the Master of the Rolls in the Court of Chancery that the administration of the school and limitation to ten free places is a breach of trust. The author hopes that Mr. Pears and the new Trustees will amend the situation and provide more places without the previous alienation of the boys with free places.
