Description: A court case with Mr. Mills charging Mr. Wansey with defamation in relation to his remarks on the fire at the Kingston Assembly Rooms. Mr. Mills was an oil merchant in Bath, he was also renter of the Kingston rooms. See Image Ref. 41025.
