Description: A gentleman from the Charity Commissioners attended in the vestry of the chapel to inquire into the charity before recommending the appointment of a new Master. Also, pew rentals have dropped and most income from property leases. Various suggestions were made relating to raising money through rentals and what to do with any surplus.
