Description: Looking eastwards along the River Avon, it was also known as the Weston Railway Bridge. With an early view of Thomas Motley's Twerton Suspension Bridge beyond, next to the Bath Gasworks (built 1837). Note the scroll ends to the bridge, similar to those used for the Destructor Bridge upstream.
