Description: Holy Trinity Church, James Street West from the southwest. It opened in 1822 and was destroyed by bombing during the Bath Blitz in 1942, when the congregation moved to St. Paul's Church in Monmouth Place. From "The Improved Bath Guide; or, Picture of Bath and Its Environs: Describing Every Institution in the City which Regards Either Charity, Science or Amusement" by S. Simms, 1823.
