Description: The thatched cottages were situated in Twerton High Street, where Fit Guru now stands. The cottages were demolished in 1876 and replaced with a row of buildings known as Carlton Terrace. This was, in turn, demolished in 1963, making way for the Marjorie Whimster Home in the late 1970. The Marjorie Whimster Home was pulled down in 2010 and the site is now occupied by Fit Guru and residential accommodation. Poor quality original.
