Description: A section of Old Norman Nave, now Quire of Bath Abbey Church, amended April 1874. Detailed notes on the position of the wooden screen and Chantry Chapel paving. It is possible that Irvine drew this to try to interpret the surviving Norman elements within Bath Abbey.
George Gilbert Scott carried out a restoration of the Abbey assisted by Irvine between 1860 and 1873.
