Description: An excellent and unique view of Bath before extensive development and wartime bombing. Of note is the development being built at Ferry Lane, Dolemeads, the undeveloped green space in front of St. John's Church and the bulkiness of the Forum. Close inspection of the original shows what seems to be large lettering across one half of the Mineral Water Hospital. The tram system has been replaced by buses.
