Description: This is a photograph of the terrible floods, looking northeast from the railway line. On the left the backs of the houses in Arrow Place and St. David's Place can be seen. To the right is Richmond Terrace, with the Mission Hall behind it. Notice the public urinal in the lower right-hand corner.
