Description:

Built in the 1820s by the Rector, Rev. William Whitehead and Charles Wilkins, this terrace of three cottages replaced two old cottages. Once called the Dutch Cottages as they housed millworkers who were thought to have come from the Continent. Demolished in 1958 they were replaced with Clyde Terrace, now 62-67 High Street.
