Description: It was built in 1895 on the southwestern corner of Belgrave Road. After a couple of years the name changed to Balhousie before reverting back to the Bungalow. in the 1950s it changed again to Bayly's Tyning and a few year later to Vernham Dene. The house was demolished in 1972 and replaced by new ones at 51 to 59, Upper East Hayes.
