Description: For Sale by order of the Executor of Mr. Charles Waters deceased on Wednesday 11th April 1792, an eligible freehold estate, dwelling house, large pleasure gardens etc. Frequented as a public tea room. R. Tanner begs leave to return thanks to the Publick for past favours and informs them the Gardens are open for the reception of Company, with Breakfasting and Afternoon Tea. A Publick Night, King James's Palace, Illuminations and far more Brilliant Fireworks that ever were exhibited in the Gardens.
