Description: Plans for the development of what is now known as Royal Victoria Park. Submitted to the Corporation at a Common Hall held on Friday 4th December 1829 who unanimously voted a donation of One Hundred Pounds and the sum of One Hundred Pounds Yearly towards defraying the Contingent Expenses.
