Description: Pursuant to an Act of Parliament passed in the 34th Year of the Reign of King George the 3rd, intituled, AN ACT for making and maintaining a Navigable Canal with certain Rail Ways and Stone Roads from the Collieries in the County of Somerset, to communicate with the intended Kennet and Avon Canal, in the Parish of Bradford, in the County of Wilts. No. 156, issued to Edward Tuson of Wells which is now vested in John Poole Esq. 1802.
