Description: No. 500, Messrs. Hobhouse, Clutterbuck, Phillott and Lowder, the sum of twenty four pounds and fifteen shillings. Robert Wheldon was the engineer responsible for the famous caisson lock on the Somersetshire Coal Canal.
Dated 25th January 1799.
