Description: Also known as the Parsonage, this was the official residence of the Rector of Bath. It stood between the Mineral Hospital and Blue Coat School in Upper Borough Walls. By the 1850s it had become the Commercial Rooms and was demolished when a new wing of the hospital was built on this site in 1859. From "Walks Through Bath" by Pierce Egan, 1819, following p.146.
