Description: "A Royal Forum is now begun to be made upon the Ham, of which Plate Nos. 1 & 2 is the Plan, extending one thousand and forty feet in Length, by six hundred and twenty four feet in Breadth". Note South at the top. A Piazza, B Octangular Bason for the Haven of Bath, C River, D Bridges, E Porticos. From the unique Vol. 3 of "An Essay Towards a Description of Bath" by John Wood, 1749.
