Description: A fascinating record of the bankruptcy and skipping bail of the former Master of Ceremonies from a clipping of an unidentified newspaper dated 11th December 1816. 5 feet 6 inches high, long black whiskers and dark complexion, is generally dressed in blue Cossack pantaloons, black coat, with a blue regimental long great coat, braided in front; has a genteel appearance and address, walks very upright and quick and lately passed as a Frenchman.
