Description: A gang of track maintenance workers pose with their tools in the busy mason's yard. In the background can be seen the engine shed, G.W.R. engine and water tank filled by local springs. The stone would have been quarried locally by firms such as R.J. Marsh and brought to the station yard for transportation all over the country on Bath stone wagons.
