Description: Nos. 13 and 14 (previously 21 and 22, Brougham Hayes Buildings) are on the right. Nos. 15 to 17 (previously 23 to 25, Brougham Hayes Buildings) were demolished in about 1972 to create an extension to Lorne Road. This just left the end house (No. 18) standing (previously 26, Brougham Hayes Buildings) from this terrace and the houses to the left of it, which are Nos. 19 to 24 (previously 1 to 7, Twerton Hayes Buildings). Only one window on the first floor of No. 14 has the original glazing bars. All the rest have been updated, including bogus stone walls (some of which has since been removed), windows and doors. All of these alterations led English Heritage to delist these former Grade II listed houses.
