Description: Overlooking the 'Pankhurst Pond'. Both Annie Kenney and Laura Ainsworth are wearing the same distinctive watch with thick leather strap, their poses reflected in the newly created pond in front of them.
From a unique collection of glass negatives taken by Col. Linley Blathwayt of Eagle House, Batheaston, home of refuge for suffragettes between 1908 and 1912.
