Description: Presented by several Inhabitants of Bath, his native City. Captain Parry (1790-1855), son of surgeon Caleb Hillier Parry, was an Arctic explorer involved in the hunt for the Northwest Passage. He died in Germany and was buried at Greenwich Hospital Cemetery, where he was a Governor. The Pedestal is 8 inches and the Vase 13 inches high. The Diameter at top 12 inches. The Vase will contain eight quarts. And the whole weighs 362 oz. or 30 lbs. 2 oz. Troy W.
