Description: Built in 1961 by W.B. Brown on the site of the old St. James's Church, the neo-classical style deployed set the precedent for the replacement Georgian style buildings in the Southgate area. Woolworth's relocated to Moorland Road, finally closing along with every other branch in the country on Tuesday 6th January 2009.
