Description: The two boys standing in the foreground are most probably the photographer's twin boys, who were born in 1911. The one on the right is holding what looks like a cuddly sheep, the one on the left has a rabbit.
Otherwise known as Rosamund's Well, the spring issues into a trough placed at the bottom of the access road to Smallcombe Nurseries.
The original plate is broken but has been repaired digitally. Copied from the photographer's original glass negative. See Image Ref 25988.
