Description: A lovely view of a traffic free High Street. The tram rail and overhead cable runs down the street, whilst a sign advertises Thomas, 9, Ladymead, Walcot St. for cycles etc. A postman stands in the middle of the road with his bicycle and the now demolished Lamb and Flag pub is shown on the left.
Postcard by George Love Dafnis of Bath. Copied from a private original postcard. These are postcards for which no original glass negative has been found and are included to make the collection as comprehensive as possible. See Image Ref. 34324 for another postcard of this image.
