Description: The stone on what is now the A360, just south of West Lavington, which tells the tale of the four highwaymen who set upon a Mr. Dean of Imber. One died after being pursued across the Plain; three others were captured and 'transported'. The stone offers this story as a warning to those who would engage in robbery.
