Description: A fascinating image. Having fallen into ruin, the building was dismantled and taken to the Fonthill Estate in Wiltshire and re-erected as the house known as 'Little Ridge' by the architect Detmar Blow in the early part of the last century. This house, in turn, was sadly demolished in 1972 and replaced by a limp, modern classical building on the same foundations.
