Description: Printed by C. Roworth and Sons, Bell Yard, Temple Bar, London. The estate consists of 404 acres with pasture lands, three farms, a grist mill and several cottages. Midland railway company have contemplated a branch line on the edge of the estate. Sold by Messrs' Palmer, Nettleship and Eland of No. 4, Trafalgar Square, London or Bartlett Little Esq. Bladud's Buildings, Bath (two of four).
