Description: This view includes the familiar forms of Bath Abbey and the Empire Hotel. The spires of St. Michael (left) and St. Andrew (right, demolished after being bombed in WWII) can be seen; between them are the treetops in the Circus and in the far distance, the trees at Kelston Round Hill. Below the spire of St. Michael is the Convent of La Sainte Union in Pulteney Road.
