Description: In the hand of John Wood the elder, this unique document provides much detail on the design, specification and cost of the construction of Titan Barrow, one of his classical villas close to Bath. Signed by the owner Southwell Pigot, John Ford, George Hatherell and Robert Parsons.
From a unique collection of drawings by John Wood the Elder collectively known as "Architectural Drawings in Somersetshire". Many of the drawings include measurements, calculations and instructions, in the hand of the architect.
