Description: He was the brother of James and was a law clerk for the firm of Chestermans in Bladud Buildings. He was a Congregationalist and a hymn writer including the Blood of Christ, thy spotless Lamb which is still sung today. When married he lived at 8, Devonshire Villas, Wells Rd.
