Description: A beautifully composed photograph recording an important historical view. Men in the background appear to be constructing a new pavement. To their right, the square stone building was a toilet for the tram drivers who turned their trams around at this point. J. Greening can be read on the shop sign to the left, the horse and carton the right is delivering from the Bath Cold Storage & Ice Co.
