Description: With the Somersetshire Coal Canal in the foreground, complete with narrowboat called rose, this picturesque view shows the house and attached mill building with the viaduct for the Somerset & Dorset Joint Railway in the background. The drawing erroneously labels the house as the former home of William Smith, who lived next door to the right.
