Description: The banquet was attended by 150 guests including the mayor T. Jolly and included the chairman's speech and details of toasts proposed. The contractors who were invited included Messrs. Bladwell (mason), Rideout (carpenter), Packer (slater, plasterer, painter, glazier, painter, paper hanger), Philips and Willcox (smiths, gas fitters, bell hangers), Llewellen and Jones of Bristol (plumbing).
