Description: To the physicians, surgeons and general practitioners of medicine in the City of Bath. A plea for the improvement of the pavements and curbs in the city, which cause difficulties for those confined to wheelchairs.
Note by E. Hunt: 'Written by a Gentleman-patient of mine, pen annotation of author'. At the bottom he further explains that the patient was an invalid who could only go out in a Bath chair and found the drop from the curbs most painful and used this flyer in an attempt to bring the notice of the medical men of the town to the problem. But it failed.
