Description: His Royal Highness Frederick Augustus Duke of Sussex, K.G. and M.W.G.M. of England was guest of honour for the opening, planned for the 23rd September. The advertisement was for the invitation of the Brethren of Somerset, Wilts., Dorset, Devon, Gloucester and Bristol to the ceremony.
