Description: Procession to dedicate the new Masonic Hall with between 800 and 900 brethren in attendance. He dined at the Kingston Rooms afterwards, with the Duke of Sussex in the chair supported by the Duke of Leinster. On the 24th the Duke of Sussex was presented with the freedom of the city and dined with the Corporation on the 25th.
