Description: An unusual view of Bath before Pulteney Bridge and North Parade Bridge were built. The Lower Assembly Rooms are on the left with the abbey behind. The tower of the old St. Michael's Church is to the left with the undeveloped fields of Bathwick on the right. This Print was Etched and the Original Drawing was taken by Eliz. Clayborn Cossley from the Corner House at the East End of the North Parade at Bath, for which Drawing she had the Honour of a Gold Medal, as a premium from the Society of Arts, Manufacturers and Commerce, in the year 1759'.
