Description: The bridge opening will take place on Thursday 10th at 12 o'clock, by Lord James O'Bryen. The procession starts from the Committee Room, crossing the bridge and returns to the Committee Room after making a circuit. Signed by M.T. Langton (Chairman of Committee). No toll will be taken on the day of opening.
