Description: Plans are to be published to improve the lower part of the city; and plans for the New Town on Miss Pulteney's land in Bathwick Fields. Also plans of the Guildhall, Markets, Cross Bath and the Private Baths and Pump Room now building on the east side of Stall Street. By Thomas Baldwin, Architect, Bath.
