Description: Complaining of the 'desperadoes' of Holloway and Lower Bristol Road lolling on the railings along the bridge and requesting the removal of the railings so pedestrians don't need to 'run the gauntlet' of a double rank the wretches on the railings and bridge parapet. posed by Bath Bridge railings. Signed by 'Homo'. See Image Ref. 41618 for result of this letter.
