Description: Also notes the return of the speaker from the Lords, Lord Arthorpe, gave notice that on the following Tuesday the condition of the Church of Ireland would be brought before the house. Refers to J.A. Roebuck's maiden speech in the House of Commons. The speech occurred on 6th July 1833.
