Description: Auction on Tuesday 18th September 1832 in the parish of Widcombe and Lyncombe for a family residence (Holloway House) with coach-house, stable, garden and land adjoining, along with cottages, pasture, quarries and coppice wood. Annotated with prices for the lots sold and who bought them. Auctioneers Messrs. English and Fasana.
