Description: Documenting the building of a mission hall in the vicinity of the Great Western Railway station. Mr. Henry Denning purchased some large warehouses in Newark Street and made a public appeal for money to cover the costs. The architects were Messrs. Hickes and Isaacs, it holds 1,000 people and the entrance is on Kingston Road through an arched doorway (i.e. Railway Road).
